Winchester Model 95 lever action saddle ring carbine, .30-06 Govt. caliber, Serial #411260. The carbine is in good overall condition with a 22” barrel with a blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The rear sight is missing the elevator. The barrel has gone primarily to silver patina with old, flaking blue finish still visible in the protected areas. The receiver has likewise gone to grey patina with blue on the lever assembly and the saddle ring intact. The smooth wood stock shows moderate to heavy wear with mars and compressions consistent with carry and use. The butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate with trap and sling swivels have been added during the period of use. The bore is fair, the action crisp and markings are sharp on this Winchester carbine circa 1924. Est.: $700-$1,400. (C+R).
