Custom A-Square Hannibal bolt action rifle, .470 Capstick caliber, Serial #65724. The rifle is in fine overall condition with a 23” barrel. The metal surfaces retain nearly all of their matte blue finish with only handling marks and light scratches on the barrel. The receiver is a modified Enfield P-17 with a hollow bolt handle and the side mounted safety retained. The smooth Walnut stock is stoutly built and shows beautiful figure and graining. Two cross bolts have been added for recoil and the butt ends with a ventilated rubber butt pad providing a 14” LOP. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp on this lightly used rifle. The rifle is topped with a Leupold M8-2X ER fixed power rifle scope in a scout mount. The .470 Capstick cartridge is based on a blown out 375 H&H and a set of custom Redding reloading dies accompany the rifle. Est.: $2,000-$4,000. (Modern).
