Mauser Model 98 bolt action rifle by BRNO, 8 x 57 caliber, Serial #J2024. The rifle is in fair overall condition with a 24” barrel with a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The metal surfaces show a significant amount of their military finish with the remainder going to a grey patina with areas of light surface rust evident. The trigger guard is the oversize winter variety. The smooth wood stock is in good overall condition with mars and compressions consistent with service use. The butt stock is missing the cleaning rod and ends with a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings are sharp. Est.: $150-$300. (C+R).

All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
