Colt Model 1860 fluted Army percussion revolver, .44 caliber, 8” barrel, grey patina, wood grips, S/N 1607 with Colt factory letter confirming features and importantly noting shipment to the heart of the Confederacy, William T. Martin, Natchez, Mississippi on January 17, 1861 (prior to President Lincoln stopping the sale of firearms to the South), 160 guns in shipment; also mentioned in letter: “Special Features: Furnished with 80 flasks, 80 shoulder stocks and 80 holsters”; overall good to very good condition with a crisp action, very good bore, very good markings including correct S/N stamped in cylinder flute, very good grips. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
