French percussion double barrel fowling piece, the stock with beautifully carved boar’s head in the style of Le Page and Boutet. Front action locks are plain. One hammer with old repair. The barrels are slender with wide rib, The stock is finely carved at wrist with boar’s head. Plain steel buttplate. The condition is brown metal and the right barrel has a dent. Ramrod thimble is missing. Wood rates good with crisp carving. Checkering is worn. Action works. A good fowler for the wall or restoration. Estimate: 250-400

All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
