Walther P-38/P-1 semi-automatic pistol, 9mm caliber, Serial #174353 W377. The pistol is as new in the box with a 5” barrel. The pistol retains nearly all of its matte blue finish with all matching visible serialnumbers and German proofs on the frame and marked “P1” on the slide. The underside of the barrel is import marked, Inter Ordnance. The checkered plastic grips are in very good condition showing little if any use.The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp. The lot includes the importers cardboard box, two correct magazines and a period leather flap holster. Beginning in late 1963, the post-warmilitary Model P1 was adopted for use by the German Military. Est.: $250-$500. (Modern/PPT).
