Nepalese Kukri knife with scabbard. The knife is in good condition with an overall length of 16” and a 12” blade. The blade shows no sharpening and maintains a bright, polished appearance with light dot punchedengraving. The handle is smooth horn with inlay and a lion’s head pommel. The leather wrapped scabbard is in fair condition with decorative tin at the throat and toe, missing the side knives. Used extensively by theGurkhas, the Kukri is a unique knife with a great history. This is a most acceptable example. Est.: $125-$250.
