Remington .41 rimfire Elliot patent O/U derringer fully and elaborately New York style scroll engraved, silver plated with pearl grips, S/N 373. Address reads “Remington Arms Co., Ilion, N.Y.” in one line (Pre-1898). Very good condition showing traces of darkened silver going to natural patina with no cleaning or polishing. Good markings and edges. Well defined and elaborate authentic period engraving. Someminor erosion and pitting. Very good pearl grips with iridescent rainbow colors that are thick and also period of engraving. Hinge shows excellent old repair on the left. A very attractive Remington. (Antique) Est.:$1250-$2500
