Antique European dirk with turned Ivory handle circa 1800’s-1850’s with silver mounted leather sheath. The knife is approximately 9” in overall length with an unmarked 5 3/8” double edged blade with someareas of light staining. The silver handguard has tarnished and is slightly loose. The smooth, turned Ivory handle has taken on a pleasing patina with several small cracks due to age. The red leather scabbard retains the silver ornamentation at the throat and toe. The knife and sheath are both in good condition. Est.: $175-$350.
