Ruger No.1 single shot rifle, .35 Whelen caliber, Serial #133-67336. The rifle is in fine overall condition with a 26” barrel with a ramped blade front and folding rear sights. The barrel and receiver retainnearly all of the original blue finish with a quarter rib added. The checkered Walnut stock is in very good condition with small mars from carry and use. The butt stock has been given an additional coat of varnish andends with a solid rubber recoil pad providing a 14” LOP. The bore is dirty and may clean to good. The action is crisp and the markings are sharp on this desirable Ruger in the venerable Whelen cartridge. Est.:$700-$1,400. (Modern).

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
