Mauser Banner M98 Standard-Modell bolt action rifle, 8 x 57 caliber, Serial #H56060. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a ramped blade and military tangent style rear sights. The metalsurfaces retain a significant amount of original blue finish with a crisp Mauser Banner on the front ring with BUG and N proofs on the left side. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with small marsand compressions consistent with carry and use. The ram rod and sling swivels are retained with the butt stock ending in a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is fair, the markings are sharp and the action iscrisp on this desirable, commercially marked M98. Est.: $300-$600. (C+R).

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
