Colt Model 1877 “Lightning” Model .38 caliber Storekeeper’s or Sheriff’s model with a 2 ½” barrel, blue and case colored finish, and pearl grips, S/N 91438. This lightning remains in near fine condition with 90%-95%original thinning and toning blue finish. 80%-90% case colors toning very slightly. Small parts, screws and back of the hammer show most fire blue finish. The grips are very good plus with minor chips at the edges, slight wear and colorful iridescent hues. The grips fit impeccably and are of the period and probably original to this 1877. The action works well and the pistol shows very minor use. (Antique) Est.: $2000-$4000

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
