Intriguing Philadelphia style percussion derringer marked “Deringer Pattern Patent” on the lock and “Deringer Pattern” on the breech. Measures 7 ½” overall with a 3 ¾” rifled barrel of approximately .44 caliberwith iron trigger guard and plain non-engraved German silver mounts. Light scroll engraved hammer and lock. The escutcheon around single lock screw resembles Slaughter. Slaughter was key witness atlegal trail and this may have been his pattern or model. No proofs and American made. Really interesting. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
