Colt SAA Revolver in .45 L.C. caliber with a 7 ½” barrel, U.S. martially marked with period one piece ivory grip, S/N 14192 and inspected by O.W. Ainsworth. Kopec letter included and he states “In my opinion itshould be classified as a buy back example and mentions trace of original nickel”. Kopec further states the revolver is “Totally correct and authentic in every respect”. The condition is good showing a smooth graypatina with traces of original period nickel perhaps as much as 10% mixed in the patina. The markings are sharp and the edges are good showing wear at the muzzle. The grips are fair to good with some losses to the lefttoes and 1 large chip missing. The grips are cracked and aged and are undoubtedly the originals. The front slight has been slimmed slightly. All matching serial numbers with tight action and good bore. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
