Turkish Model 1903 Mauser M98 bolt action rifle, 7.65 x 53 caliber, Serial #33237. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 29” barrel with a military tangent style rear sight. The metal surfaces retain themajority of the original blue finish with the remainder going to grey patina. The front ring is Ankara arsenal marked and dated 1948. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with mars and dents from service use. Theram rod and sling swivels are retained with a smooth steel butt plate. The lot includes a period leather sling. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings are sharp. Est.: $250-$500. (C+R).

During the Holiday Season there are added surcharges for shipping therefore we will begin shipping for this auction January 4th. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
