Full Stock Heavy barrel percussion Target rifle marked “J. Fordney Lancaster”. Measures 61 ½” overall with a 45” heavy octagon barrel of .57-58” caliber rifled bore. Shows quality manufacture and engraved piercedpatch box. Adjustable tang sight and hooded target type front sight. Set triggers. Locks working and triggers set. The wood is very good plus with rifle shape and nice proportions with pleasing aesthetics. Themetal shows some erosion and pitting and the original sight has been reset and original dove tail plugged. The Fordney family were famous in Lancaster Penn. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packing, materials, shipping, 2% of invoice total for insurance, custom fee, duty fees, exporter fee etc. International shipments are sent to an exporter. All oversized, extremely heavy & extremely fragile items the buyer is responsible for contacting a third-party shipping company for shipment. We ship Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
