U.S. M1 carbine in .30 caliber manufactured by U.S. Postal Meter Co. with barrel marked “Underwood and dated 9-43, S/N 1968784. Arsenal upgraded with bayonet lug, later sight and “P” proof on the bottom of thepistol grip with no other stock markings. G.I. Sling included.
