Hopkins & Allen Forehand single shot shotgun, 12 gauge, Serial #14477. The shotgun is in fair overall condition with a 30” barrel with a brass bead front sight. The barrel has gone to a silver grey patina with lightsurface erosion. The receiver is a mix of brown patina with old, toning case hardening in protected areas. The smooth wood stock is in fair condition with mars and compressions showing heavy use. The butt stock ends with a wooden butt plate providing a 14” LOP. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings are legible. The lot includes an extra 30” barrel with a fair bore as well. Est.: $100-$200. (C+R).
