Winchester Model 1894 Rifle in .30-30 caliber with a 26” half round/half octagon barrel, full mag, checkered deluxe stocks with Winchester pistol grip cap, blue and case hardened finish, S/N 382489. The action isgood and the bore is good with minor corrosion. Approximately 95%-98% of an excellent refinish and restocking remain which is expertly accomplished by a master gunsmith but not factory. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
