Early Smith & Wesson #3 Model double action revolver, .32-44 caliber, Serial #642. The pistol is in very good overall condition with a 6 ½” barrel, solid rib, blade front sight and adjustable rear sight. The pistolretains a significant amount of the nickel finish with the remainder going to silver patina. The trigger and hammer show silvered case hardening. The checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition with small mars. The bore is fair, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp. Est.: $1,250-$2,500. (Antique).
