Colt New Service Flat Top Target DA revolver, #58516, .44 Russian caliber, 7.5” barrel, high polish blued finish, adjustable sights, checkered fleur-de-lis medallion wood grips. Revolver is in excellent overall conditionwith some scattered flaking to the finish on the top rear portion of barrel that has gone to a brown patina; crisp action, markings and grips. Colt records confirming features with stocks “Not Listed”; shipped to Abercrombie& Fitch Co., NY, NY on April 8, 1913, one gun in shipment. Letter available through Colt archives.
