Pair of late percussion dueling pistols circa 1870s-1890s in 11mm rifled bores with 13" barrels and 19 1/4" overall. Blue and case colored finish with sparsely engraved back action locks. A small proof at the breech end of the barrel shows double headed eagle (Austrian or Russian). Light colored plain wood stocks retaining most of original varnish. Fine to excellent condition overall retaining 95%-98% original blue and rainbowcase colors. The lack of sights indicate intended for dueling which was a tradition carried into the 20th century in Argentina and parts of Latin America. (Antique) Est.: $700-$1400
