Mid to late 19th century flintlock trade musket showing British proofs and simple iron mounts with screwed in sheet metal butt plate. London in block letters on center of lock. Mark behind lock is illegible. In theblack and uncleaned (Attic find) condition. Measures 66" overall with a 50" barrel in approximately .62 caliber smoothbore (thin barrel).
