Royal Quality Percussion Muff Pistol signed "LePage Arq. Du Roi A Paris" with elaborate multi-color gold inlay and authentic ivory stocks. In approximately .36 caliber percussion with a 1" barrel measuring 3 3/4"overall of diminutive size and proportions. The pistol shows extra deluxe gold scrolls with lines and banding. Lightning bolts around the nipple and multicolor birds (3) on each side of the frame. There is a lion ingold on the butt and a man with a beard and mustache on the trigger. The gold is surrounded by ornate engraving. The stock shows some cracking and yellowing but is good to very good overall. Some minor marks onthe barrel but the metal is at least very good. The action works well. A gem by a great French maker. (Antique) Est.: $3000-$6000
