Presentation Swedish Rifle in 6.5 caliber with 1907 dated breech showing King’s Cypher and Carl Gustafs STADS, GEVARS factory. Oval silver plaque inlaid into the stock on the right center reads “Riksforbundits, Leveriges Forsuar, Pris, Fordiningen Norbotton 1940” with small silver hallmarks and period professionally engraved. Fine to near excellent condition showing 90%-95% original blue with minor handling and use. The stocksare also near fine with nice light color and minor handling and scratches, S/N 210830 with matching bolt. Excellent mechanically with bright bore. Rod and small parts retained with book on I. Vita Spar Olympic skater,shooter and all-around athlete to whom this rifle was presented as a prize in the shoot mentioned in presentation with book on his career. (C&R) Est.: $600-$1200
