Marlin Model 40 semi-automatic rifle, .22 caliber, Serial #26279343. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 22” magazine and full-length magazine. The barrel and magazine retain a significant amount of bluefinish. The checkered wood stock is in good condition. The bore is fair, the action is crisp and the markings are legible on this Marlin. All over-sized, fragile or bulky items are the buyer's responsibility to have a third party shipper pick up and deliver.We do not ship to address' outside the United States.
Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
